- Organizer of the Be A Runner 2014 reserves the right to deny entry to any participants. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. You have agreed to this policy when you chose to proceed with the registration for the event. All race entries are non-transferable and failure to adhere to this will result in disqualification.
